Mocktail Tropical Mojitos(non-alcoholic)

This non-alcoholic version of Mojito is very fruity with pineapple, orange and mango flavors.  Mojitos are cocktails with light rum with a minty flavor.   This is recipe is drafted like a punch, but it is written in a way that could be scaled down to make it for just one serving.

Mocktail tropical mojito

Kind of food: Drink
How long: 5 min

1/2 measure orange juice
1 measure pineapple juice
1 measure mango puree
1 measure tonic water (available in the same section that sells soda)
1/8th measure of fresh mint (crushed roughly or chopped finely)
Ice as per requirement

How to make
Mix all the ingredients with the exception of tonic water and crushed mint in a punch bowl or pitcher.  At the time of serving place 1/2 tsp of crushed mint in a glass, add ice, top it with the juice mixture and pour tonic water on top. Stir minimally.

Garnish choices:  One maraschino cherry inserted in a tooth pick per serving or a pineapple inserted in a tooth pick.

*While making for a big batch use one measure of any cup and use the same cup to measure for the entire recipe. Check the recipe for pine-mango mojito.
