While making spicy stuffed okra for the adults, the left over stuffing from the stuffed okra recipe can be used to throw this easy stir fry in less than 5 minutes. This stir fry is ideal for toddlers and the younger kids while providing adequate fiber.

Okra / Bhindi Fry

Kind of Food: Quick side dish
How long: 5 minutes
Makes: 1/2 cup
Pots & Pans: Pan
Ingredients
1 Tbsp Ghee
4 Okras chopped into longer pieces
1 tsp of left over masala (from preparing for the adults)
Okra
How to make:
Heat ghee in pan and add okra and toss it medium high heat. Cover the pan and let it cook for 1 minute. Add the left over masala from the stuffing and cook covered for 30 seconds.

Serving Ideas
